Due to the nature of our products, which include custom items, cut fabric, and digital downloads we are unable to offer returns or refunds. Our items are either made to order or cut specifically to your order specifications while our digital products are available immediately. Therefore, we are unable to accept any returns or offer refunds once your order has been processed.
